The Baptist Church of Beaufort, with a resident membership of 1,250 is seeking candidates for the position of Minister of Education and Administration, one of five full-time ministerial staff members. In addition to sharing basic pastoral ministerial tasks, this staff member will bear primary responsibility in leading the educational and organizational ministries of the church. He or she will also assist in providing oversight in the care of the church campus.
The ideal candidate will be a seminary graduate with at least ten years of related experience in a Baptist church. The Baptist Church of Beaufort relates on the state and national levels with both the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship and the Southern Baptist Convention, as well as internationally with the Baptist World Alliance.
